"I cancelled my policy after being with them for a year because my premium went up $10 within that year. I went with Progressive instead. I was only with them for two months because they doubled my premium due to a lack of me, signing some papers and returning them. I do tend to let my mail pile up so I take responsibility for that. They also charged me $20 more because of two wrecks that I had on my record. I was told that, although they were no fault of my own wrecks that it still showed up. Next time I talk to somebody that they said that was not true. She didn’t have any explanation for me as to why it went up $20 within the first month. Long story short, they deceived me about many things. I called Loretta Jennings back and had a long talk with her. She was very understanding and patient. She listened to everything I had to say even the reason I originally left and the reason I was returning. I never felt pressured, but I felt understood. She made things right and my premium came down. I did not forsee me leaving this insurance company for any reason in the future. I feel like I am at home.
